Team event that actually works
Many team events remain superficial: games are played, laughs are shared, and then everyone returns to work as the same team as before. An airsoft team event works differently — it puts people in action under pressure, in real situations, where team communication, trust, and cooperation are directly tied to results. This is team building that truly leaves its mark.
Airsoft as a team-building tool
Airsoft is an honour-based sport — players acknowledge hits themselves, without a referee's decision. This principle is deeply connected to workplace values: honesty, responsibility, and cooperation aren't just game rules — they are skills the team develops through experience.
In a team event format, this is even stronger. Missions can be tailored to reflect specific workplace dynamics — who takes the leadership role, who listens, how information is shared in a stressful situation, how disagreements are resolved in a rapidly changing scenario. All these questions get answered during the game.
Programme structure
The team event day consists of several parts:
Introduction and safety briefing — our instructors introduce the equipment, explain the rules, and create a safe playing atmosphere.
Team formation — groups can be formed by work group (testing existing teams) or as mixed squads (creating new relationships). Both approaches have their advantages.
Game missions — 4–6 rounds with different scenarios. Each mission requires different skills: one time strategic planning, another rapid response, another clear communication.
Debriefs — after each round the group shares experiences, analyses what worked and what to do better next time. This is the learning moment.
Final round and awards — the day ends with a grand finale and optional award ceremony.
Locations
Harku (Tallinn) — convenient location, good accessibility, suitable for groups of 10–60 people.
Suurpea (Loksa) — nature-oriented large field, suitable for larger groups and those who want more field variation and space.
Who can participate?
Team events are open to adults. Younger participants — from age 13 — may also participate in the game if a parent agrees and is present. No prior airsoft experience is required — our instructors guide all beginners.
