Private airsoft event — a special day for your people
Sometimes you just need to get together — without a big reason, without complicated organisation. A private airsoft event is exactly that: a simple booking, an exciting day, and memories that will be talked about for a long time. Whether it's a reunion with old friends, a family day, or simply the desire to do something different — we organise everything from start to finish.
Why airsoft suits private events?
Airsoft is an honour-based sport, where participants honestly acknowledge when they're hit — this creates a unique dynamic within a group. You don't need to be an athlete or experienced player. From the very first round, everyone understands the rules and everyone gets their share of fun. This is what makes airsoft such a great private event format — it suits everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level.
Airsoft also provides something rarely found in other event formats: shared experiences under pressure. Planning together, acting together, and triumphing together (or losing — that's part of the game too) — this bonds people in a special way.
What groups suit a private event?
Private events are suitable for various groups — from small groups of 8 friends to large family gatherings of 50+. We've successfully hosted events for classmates who hadn't met in years, families looking for an active family day, and friend groups who simply wanted to do something exciting.
The age requirement is from age 13 — younger children may also participate if a parent agrees and is present. All participants receive protective gear and a safety briefing before the game begins.
Locations and accessibility
We host private events at two main locations:
Harku (Tallinn) — our main field on the outskirts of Tallinn, easily accessible by car or public transport. Excellent parking and a short walk to the main playing area.
Suurpea (Loksa) — a picturesque forest area in Northern Estonia, perfect for those who want to truly immerse themselves in nature and an authentic airsoft environment. The Suurpea field is larger and offers more varied game scenarios.
Programme and organisation
A private event day consists of several parts: arrival and registration, safety briefing, equipment distribution, then 4–6 game rounds with different missions. Rest breaks between rounds give you time to drink water and strategically discuss the next mission.
Our instructors coordinate the entire day smoothly. You enjoy — we make sure everything works. Additional elements can be added to the programme if desired — a photographer, thematic decorations, catering, etc. Ask about extra options when booking.
Booking and preparation
Private event booking is done through the harkuairsoft.ee portal. Choose a suitable date, specify group size, and add your wishes — our team will answer all questions and confirm the booking within 24 hours.
Before the event — inform participants: comfortable clothing, sturdy footwear, water. Everything else is available with us. See more of our activities on YouTube channel @airsofttown. Follow us on Facebook at Naissaare Airsoft. Interested in airsoft equipment? Check our Airsoft Market.
