A corporate event that leaves a lasting impression
The traditional corporate event — conference room, presentations, buffet lunch. Familiar, expected, and unfortunately forgettable. A corporate airsoft event is the complete opposite: on a real field, real collaboration, real pressure and real triumphs. After such a day, the team knows each other in a completely different way — they have planned together, reacted under pressure, and achieved something as one.
Why airsoft suits corporate teams?
Airsoft is an honour-based sport — players acknowledge when they're hit, without a referee's decision. This creates a unique environment where trust, fair play, and cooperation are directly tied to results. If one team member cheats, the whole team suffers. If everyone plays honestly and cooperates, far more is achieved.
The parallel with the workplace is obvious — and participants feel it themselves, without anyone needing to explain it in lecture form. Airsoft is a team-building tool that works through experience, not theory.
Programme and format
The corporate event day begins with a welcome reception and safety briefing. Our instructors explain the rules, introduce the replicas, and ensure all participants feel safe before the first round begins. Teams are then formed and mission rounds start.
There are various mission types: flag defence, attacking the enemy base, ambushes, escort missions, and more. Each mission requires a different approach and develops different skills. After each round there is a short debrief — what did you learn, what worked, what didn't.
The day ends with a summary and prize-giving — we can also arrange awards for the best players and teams if desired.
Locations
Tallinn (Harku) — our main venue near Tallinn. Well accessible, excellent infrastructure, suitable for 10–60 participants.
Loksa (Suurpea) — nature-oriented large field in Northern Estonia, ideal for larger groups and longer events. The Suurpea landscape is unique and creates a truly adventurous experience.
What to bring?
All necessary equipment is provided — replicas, protective masks, vests and ammunition. Participants should bring comfortable sportswear (preferably dark colours, as the field is in a forested area) and sturdy footwear. Water and snacks are also recommended, though our base has basic facilities available.
Larger groups and custom packages
We organise corporate events for groups from 10 people upwards. If your team is larger or you want a personalised programme — such as a themed scenario, photographer, or catering service — contact us and we'll put together a suitable offer.
Our experience ranges from small start-up team days to large corporate events with hundreds of participants. We find the right format for every group.
